The story sets in an alternate reality, where bodies after bodies of teens, who were unable to fit into the city’s turning wheels, were gradually stiffened, faces unrecognized. They presented themselves as crumpled corpses, sieving through the city’s creases and crevices.
A scavenger, wanders through the nights, transports them to a deserted village, where it’s spaciousness allows them to spread out, and gradually regain their first breath after coma.
